Sony is now trying to make some amendments to the loss done to its users during Holiday, due PSN downtime. The PS Network was down from Christmas Day and lasted for around three days. On PlayStation blog, in a post
titled "A Holiday Thank You", Eric Lempel, VP of Sony Network Entertainment, said that Sony has planned for:
1) PlayStation Plus membership extension for five days, who had an active membership on December 25.
2) 10-percent PlayStation store discount. This is one time discount for your total PlayStation store purchase.
" Thanks again to all our loyal PlayStation fans and welcome to our newest console owners", Eric added " Wishing you all a very happy holiday."
