Microsoft continues to improve Xbox One game Halo: The Master Chief Collection, by releasing a new patch which adds Halo 4's Spartan ops mode. Microsoft also made it clear that if players cannot connect to the dedicated server, that doesn't mean they're not playing on a dedicated server.
